Guidelines for Our Gathering
RSVP is required to attend. If your plans change, let us know so that we can arrange the room appropriately. If you RSVP and we respond that the sanctuary is full, we'll add you to the waiting list and do our best to accommodate you.
We'll be touchless. Doors will be held open. We'll have an offering basket in the sanctuary. We will not use stones during Joys and Sorrows or have printed Orders of Service.
We'll have hand sanitizer available in several places. You are not required to use it. It is there for anyone who desires to use it.
We'll be food and beverage free. There will be no in-person coffee hour or food service. For your own safety, we ask that you do not gather in large groups after the service.
Seating will be arranged in socially-distanced pods. The chairs will be arranged in pods. The jury boxes will not be open.
Masks are required. Please wear a mask. Except when leading worship or using a microphone, all service participants will wear masks. Masks will be available if you forget yours.
Childcare is available for children 3 and up. This will take place outside, so please come dressed for the weather.
On the advice of our insurance company, we ask that you read the following information carefully.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. We are doing everything we can to be compliant with all regulations and ensure your safety. We have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but we cannot guarantee that you or family members will not become infected with COVID-19.
