Background Check
Within a week of submitting this form, the DRE will send you an invite to apply for a background check through Trusted Employee. The invite will be sent to the email attatched to your Breeze account. Be sure to check your junk mail. 

Submit the application.

The DRE will notify you when the Church receives your completed background check. Beginning January 1, 2027, you will not be eligible to volunteer in Sunday School until you receive this verification.
